About these terms
These terms govern your use of marathonfinlease.net and the Marathon Finlease platform, operated by Marathon Finlease Private Limited (CIN U74899DL1995PTC074930, GSTIN 07AAACM5536C2ZS), Office No. 304, 3rd Floor, Laxman Palace, 19 Veer Savarkar Block, Shahdara, Delhi 110092. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
Our role
Marathon Finlease Private Limited is an RBI-registered non-deposit-taking NBFC. We offer purchase finance and sanction, disburse and collect loans in our own name. Your loan is governed by the loan agreement and Key Fact Statement issued by us.
Eligibility
You must be an Indian resident aged 18 or above with a valid PAN and Aadhaar to apply for a loan.
Your responsibilities
Provide true and complete information, keep your login and OTPs confidential, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Products and merchants
Products are sold by independent merchants and refurbishers, who are responsible for the product, its invoice, delivery, warranty and returns.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Marathon Finlease Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
